    Hello,

    I am a college student majoring in accounting and I have found that I have a lot of free time. I was wondering if getting a real estate license would be worth the time. I am not exactly sure what I could use it for, but I was just thinking that even if I don’t necessarily go into the field, that some of the information could be just useful in general. I was also looking to try and make some money through this venture, but as a full time student, I wouldn’t be able to devote too much time to it.

    I required some classes at school to become a realtor and received certificates saying i am 90% completed with it. may be the other 10% the exam or must i take another class. also just how much will the test cost and just how can one study for this (the textbook is not particularly for AL)

She will not return my calls or inform the purchasers to pay for or vacate.

    The customer decided to make 12 monthly obligations having a thirteenth and final baloon payment due 11/15/2007.

    They haven’t made their final payment and today I can not appear to obtain the agent to encourage them to pay or vacate the home. I’m disabled as well as on Social Security and also have limited earnings.

    He assisted us purchase a house before we did, somebody stored telling us to not trust him which he really was dodgy, etc. We did not believe him since it appeared like this guy just were built with a grudge against him. I was still a little suspicious though so my parents JUST visited his house today and that he was there. They’d just a little “talk” where he had been very rude, saying such things as, “How dare you arrived at the house surprise and demand money?” and “Obtain the hell from the house at this time or I’ll see your office and I’ll constitute reasons for you. I’ll enable you to get fired.” (I believe he stated this because we visited HIS office and stated he wasn’t giving our money) after which he stated, “If you do not escape at this time, I’ll call law enforcement you, yadda yadda yadda”

    I wasn’t there so I’m not sure why my parents did not allow the police come. I understand all his risks are empty but what the heck will we do.

    We are also suprisingly low on money. Like, REALLY f*cking low. What exactly will we do? There is no written agreement your money can buy, incidentally.

    A real estate agent joined the house just before closing and removed our dishes, silverware, groceries along with other products we’d planned to removed a couple of hrs just before closing. He’s since refused doing such and states our products were probably disposed of…

    does anybody be aware of exact wording from the law concerning the transporting away of products by a real estate agent just before closing?

    The agent and also the broker were the only real ones to scan our lock box within the 42 hour period of time when our products went missing. As the broker was adamant that she isn’t accountable for getting rid of our products, out selling agent has continued to be quiet whether or otherwise he actually removed anything. He even known to the possessions as Garbage that people left lounging around.. Dishes, Silverware, Clothes.. Etc.

    I was set to shut on the Monday at 3pm.. We came back towards the home on Monday at 12:30pm to gather our products 3 hrs just before closing.. The house was indeed still legally hrs and based on our contract, no entry was to make towards the home without our exclusive permission and 24 hrs notice. The broker advised the products were in your home on Sunday when she visited, however that when she visited again on Monday (without our understanding) the products were gone..

    We’re feeling strongly the selling agent removed these products in frustration as we declined to correct something in your home the pote
